the past tense - regular verbs

When you want to say i watched or something like that in french you have to put j'ai infront of it.

e.g J'ai regardé

here are some regular verbs:

.regardé   =  watched

.écouté     =  listened

.joué         =  played

.mangé     =  ate

.aidé          =  helped

.acheté     =  bought 

You pronounce that é as the letter A.

Also, if you are using a regular verb it has to have an e with an accent 'é' one the end instead of er or e.

If you are wanting to say he or she or we, you have to do:

il a = he

elle a = she

on a = we

or you could do nous avons instead of on a.
